Agriculture, seasonality, and a sense of place are at the heart of Tavern's cuisine.
Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from within the Hudson Valley, including our own five-acre working farm.
Tavern Restaurant is open mid-December through March. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with farm tables, fireplace, and outdoor firepit. Please also visit Tavern's sister restaurant Valley, at The Garrison, which is open mid-March through mid-December.
